Last Saturday was the U of M vs. MSU football game. Dara, Brandi, and Bernard all made it over for pumpkin carving beforehand. Someone has pictures of our masterpieces. I'll post them if I can get my hands on some copies (hint hint). Then we watched the game. Well, it was on, anyway. I didn't really pay attention until it got towards the end. After going into triple overtime, the Wolverines decided they'd toyed with the Spartans' hopes enough and finished them off. :)
It was the first time Dara had made it over to see my house and I was glad to have her over. She'll be graduating and leaving soon. :(
Sunday was Halloween! I won't bother with all the details, but I think we all had fun. We didn't think Liz would be able to join Brandi and Bernard and me since she was scheduled to work all day, but they let her leave early, so we waited for her before going out to grab something to eat. The idea of going to a restaurant to have smores is still a bit strange to me, but that's what we did!
So that's basically it, in a nutshell.
Bekah's in town for now, leaving for California again tomorrow. Aaron'll get here later on Saturday and stay through Sunday, I believe.
Oh, and my mother posted cookie recipes. Yay! :)
